Chocolate Mousse

Easy Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

This keto chocolate mousse is bound to satisfy any and all chocolate cravings and it is super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sweetener of choice, or to taste
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk, I use this brand
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, I use this brand
  • pinch salt
  • ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract, I use this brand

Instructions

  1. Pour the coconut milk and sweetener into a small saucepan, and heat over medium-high heat until begins to a simmer. Whisking until it's completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cocoa, and salt and mix it up. Allow cooling completely.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Place the whipped cream and vanilla extract in the chocolate mixture and gently fold.
  5. Place in a serving glass and garnish with heavy whipping cream if you want.

Notes

The mousse is best served after chilled for at least an hour.
