Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine all your dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder) in a mug and mix well.
- In another mixing bowl mix egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Add the mixture little by little to the dry mixture and mix until combined.
- When the mixture is a well-combined fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
- If using a microwave, microwave in 30-second intervals until desired the texture is achieved (I usually get the best texture at 60 seconds, but it depends on the microwave) being sure not to overcook. If you overcook it, it will be dry.
- If using an oven, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from microwave (or oven) and allow it to cool slightly.
- If you want you can top it with whipped cream and sliced almonds.
