Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small microwave safe bowl (about 30 seconds in microwave). 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Pour batter into mug or 2 small greased mugs or ramekins.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute (add another 30 seconds if necessary).
  5. Serve with whipped cream or sugar free vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

Hi! What kind of sugar substitute would you recommend? I know Stevia is almost 1g a piece in carbs per packet so that would be a lot of packets to get to 1.5 tbsp.
