It’s like having dessert for breakfast. These light and fluffy keto chocolate waffles are loaded with rich chocolate flavor and have a wonderfully fluffy texture, so nobody will ever guess they were low in carbs.
I also find that not only the texture but the flavor is also really good, and I’m not saying this in a “this tastes good for something healthy” kind of way, I’m saying it in the “Oh my gosh! I never had something so delicious in my entire life!” kind of way.
So really, head to the kitchen and make this ASAP.

Vanilla Or Chocolate Keto Waffles?
You can easily make these chocolate keto waffles as vanilla waffles instead. Simply omit the cocoa powder and add 1tsp of vanilla extract more.
The extra dry ingredient (cocoa) will make these waffles a little sturdier which I personally like. If you want them a little lighter, just add a teaspoon of water (or cream) at a time.
Maybe cook the first waffle to see if the mixture needs diluting at all before adding any liquids.
Best Ways to Serve These Keto Chocolate Waffles
Pancakes and waffles are basically my go-to treats on any given occasion. You can definitely enjoy these waffles with some sugar-free maple syrup or sugar-free chocolate syrup, but my favorite way to serve them is with heavy cream on top or a handful of fresh strawberries or raspberries.
They contain 5g of net carbs each, which isn’t a ton but it is a little much for daily consumption. However, if you have a higher carb intake or are just willing to splurge on a bit of a treat, I definitely recommend them. These keto chocolate waffles are also low carb, grain-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and THM S.
