Make This Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe Even Better
This keto chocolate dessert is amazing and decadent on its own, but you can make it even better, with just very little effort:
To make it more delectable you can top it with Strawberries or any other keto-friendly fruit
You can add Vanilla Extract or Peppermint Extract.
Topping it with Unsweetened Coconut Or a Dollop of whipped cream.
Adding a small spoonful of Instant Espresso.
Use Low Carb Fruit Toppings.
You can garnish it with some unsweetened cocoa nibs or even some of Lily’s chocolate chips.
Naturally Sweetened Keto Dessert
I love this low-carb chocolate mousse not only because it’s rich and creamy, but also because it’s naturally sweetened without any harmful chemicals.
I love knowing what I’m putting into my body now. No more relying on conveniently packaged food products! I will always prefer quality over convenience!
To make this a sugar-free dessert, you’ll need to use a natural sweetener.
My favorite granulated sweeteners are Monkfruit (no after taste) or the Stevia packets.
I love how creamy this turned out, and it is so filling! Due to the heavy cream being a high-fat dairy, this basically acts as a fat bomb as well.
How to make Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Add the heaving whipping cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and sweetener to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
With a handheld electric mixer or stand mixer, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form, which will take about 2-3 minutes.
It’s best to serve the keto chocolate mousse immediately, but it can be stored for up to 2 hours in your fridge.
I am sure you will enjoy this low-carb chocolate mousse as much as we do!
