One week in and lost about 8lbs. I didn’t follow every step of what to eat. I mixed a lot of things around for my taste and I did change chicken to fish cause I liked it more. Did not count calories. I used any kind of dressing on my salads. Also didn’t have boiled egg sometimes I would just fry them to my liking. I’ve been struggling with my weight loss plateau for almost 8 weeks and this has helped me kick start my weight loss again which I am so happy about. I also included intermittent fasting which helped a lot. I’ll be updating again soon after this week and the next month to see if the weight is still off to see how much I gained back. Also drinks lots of water to help throughout the day
